2. Fill out a REPAIRS Form

If you live in Phoenix, and would like to get your broken e-scooter’s flat tire repaired, or a similar small repair service, Fill out a REPAIRS Form Ticket. From there, ScooterOps will quote any repair on any e-scooter, but mostly we do flat tire fixes and/or “broken wheels”. The price for a broken wheel/flat tire repair is $50 for “Small” and “Medium” Sized E-Scooters, and $85 for “Heavy Duty” E-Scooters.

3. Meet Chris at one of two meeting spots

You will Meet Chris@scooterops.com at one of two meeting spots, Behind RIPS Bar in the parking lot on 16th St. or Little Canyon Park if you are a GCU Student. We will return your scooter in 3 weeks or less which is our guarantee. If we do not fix your scooter in 3 weeks we will give your broken scooter back to you.
